Abstract

This research, from a quantitative approach and a descriptive and a correlational design, analyzed the relationship between the perception of the degree of quality of the school, family, social and religious environment and the degree of quality of the self-perceived behavior of 158 students of the third cycle of basic education from two Salvadoran private schools. The study results show that the perceived quality of social, family, religious, and school environments is a significant predictor of the quality of self-perceived behavior. It was also found that in the case of women, the most significant predictors were the religious environment and the social environment, while in men, the main predictive environments of behavior were the family and social environments.
